Rates
Plein Forme is a private medical clinic, which means that our physicians and other health professionals have opted for private practice and are not employed by the Régie de l'assurance maladie de Québec (RAMQ) (i.e. they are non-participants). Our services are billed directly to the patient and are not covered by the Quebec government. Our patients will receive an itemized bill for each visit.
